Live Dashboard

Live Dashboard gives you real-time information about current sessions on a server or farm. It shows the number of active, idle, and disconnected sessions in real time. When combined with performance counters this monitor will provide you will valuable insight into utilization of your server farm.

Server Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Server KPIs give you a live look at the how many users are online in each server farm. You can configure each KPI index for the optimal number of users for that server.

Agentless Monitoring of your server farm

Agentless monitoring is designed for customers running enterprise server farms. Agentless data collection allows you to monitor your mission critical servers without installing any new agents on them. The entire server farm is monitored from a central location, a dedicated Terminal Services Log box. Agentless monitoring also does not affect the performance of a server being monitored.

Manage servers from central console

This feature allows you to easily add or remove servers you want to monitor. From this central management console you can turn logging on/off for any servers in your farm or diagnose potential problems with server at hand.

Management console also gives you information about current status of your servers, and additional information like operating system version, service pack, number of users etc.

Active users and applications

The main dashboard also shows details about the number of active users and their states (active, idle, disconnected or remote control), combined with the number of processes currently being run on your Terminal Services / Citrix server or farm. You can use this report to see a quick snapshot of overall server usage.

Active session details

This overview report shows a list of all active users currently connected to your server or farm. It provides you with information about which server each user is connected to, the time when each session started, and each session’s duration.

Centralized Monitoring of a server farm

Centralized Monitoring In a load balanced Terminal Services / Citrix server farm environment a user can connect to a number of servers. TSL provides you with easy to use yet powerful features to monitor your server farm and active users from a single console.

Data from each server in your farm is stored in a central database and then summarized to provide you with accurate information about user activities on the server farm. All TSL reports allow you to filter by server so you can easily switch from a farm report to a server report.
