As Terminal Services Log is easy to install and use there were no expensive consulting services required when application was implemented.

Before Terminal Services log it was challenging to determine who was accessed terminal server and when, and how long users were on server. Now they can easily have reports with complete analysis in users and application usage times. In addition, Terminal Services Log helps us determine what applications are mostly being used and which ones are low on users usage. Terminal services log also allowed us to have detailed usage analysis by department. Track when users are logged on, what applications are the most frequently used, and review applications that a particular group of users used and for how long.
